My name is Clayton and I’m on a MISSION to help people reach their body goals. Social media, magazines, airbrushing, surgery…all of it push dangerous and unrealistic body standards on the public.
I completely transformed my body, gaining muscle, conquering my fears, committing to my progress, and celebrating my achievements. Now I want to help others do the same...in less time than it took me!
I’m passionate about changing the way we look at our bodies, the way we train, and how we view ourselves.
Fitness goals don’t need to involve needles, pills, or surgery…My approach is holistic, focusing on natural, effective, and fast ways to train to succeed!! It doesn’t have to be difficult and you don’t need to give up every aspect of your life.
My fitness journey started in my late teens when I fell into a negative cycle of self-criticism and low self confidence.
It wasn't until my early 20's when I decided to make a change that would help me fulfill a massive component of my full potential in life. For years I used my body as an experiment to find out what exercises and foods would help me achieve the body I now have today.
Though the years of research and experiments I have created science based workouts that now help men and women all around the world achieve life lasting results. And these life lasting results don't stop just at the clients physic but go as far as boosting their confidence and their relationship with themselves.

I have spent years developing and perfecting the ultimate training & nutrition regime which helps my clients and growing community attain and sustain lifelong results.
